These are the messages we get from BT and other sources indicating Major Service Outages within the BT Network. They tend to be focused on particular exchanges and an incident will result in a series of messages as the fault is reported, updated and fixed. Also messages with PEW in the title are Planned Engineer Work.

Packet Loss Affecting 0121 and 01527
BT are currently investigating a packet loss problem in these two area codes.
This is unrelated to the upgrade to WBC on these lines, which seems to have gone fine.
