  Progress Details: Engineers and vendors are onsite working on replacing equipment and restoring service. Currently there are approximately 467 broadband customers which now have service leaving 987 without, again hardware changes are on going to restore the remaining service. The majority of spares are now onsite and the remaining that are required have been escalated or are on route. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.

Reroute of the failed services is not possible as the network elements affected are out of comms. Estimated restoration time is unknown at present. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
