Incident Details: | At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service. | ||||||
Progress Details: | Loss of internet services for 480 Broadband customers. An EES engineer is en route with an estimated arrival time of 01:09. The operational team have ordered spares and we await estimated delivery times from the courier. The fault has been proven off the SDH platform and therefore remote re-routes are not possible. Root cause and estimated time of repair are not known at present. Next update will be issued upon a significant development. | ||||||
