To all customers, As you may have heard on the news, last night there was a major incident in Manchester and our thoughts are with those who have been affected during this difficult time. The incident occurred near one of our Service Centres and, whilst none of our systems have been affected and the building in which our people are based is ok, the travel restrictions that have been imposed mean that some of our colleagues may struggle to come into work today. Contingency arrangements have been put in-place and we do not expect service to our customers to be significantly affected, however, it may take a little longer to respond to your queries, please bear with us during this time.
