  Progress Details: No re-routes are possible. Replacement cable is en route to the damage location with an ETA of 1 hour. The cable will then be pulled in, this will take until 04:00. Splicing will commence after that and if no issues are encountered, all services should be restored by 08:00 in the morning or sooner.
