  Incident Details: On 22/10/2012 BT experienced some difficulties with 3 ESR routers at Manchester,Milton Keynes and Birmingham. The fault was identified at 19:23 and was upgraded within BT to a SI.
 
  Progress Details: A technical conference call is in progress in order to establish the root cause and rectify the issue.
