	Incident Details:	At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.
	Progress Details:	After further investigation it has been identified that there is a local power failure on the Isle of Lewis. The MSIP failure is not related to the power failure at Forsnaval. Engineer now en route to Stornoway to investigate the root cause of the failure, ETA 17:10. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
