  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: There was an emergency card change performed on transmission network at 00:49 this morning to replace an unstable card. Once the card change was completed, not all the broadband end users were restored. There are 5 virtual paths that did not restore, these paths failed to restore when the transmission path restored. There is no fault with the transmission path. Technical recovery call is in progress to restore these virtual paths to restore end user service. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
