  Incident Details: Some of your Broadband services may have experienced a loss of service  
  Closure Details: Service has been restored at 12:33 by remote reset of hardware. Enhanced monitoring is now in place and spares are also en route (2 of) with an ETA of 14:20. Engineer is on site at Bristol and will collect the spare and baby sit the unit. Resource has also been arranged to baby sit the unit until the PEW window when the hardware change will take place. A unit at risk incident IMT34715/15 has been raised to provide enhanced monitoring. BT regrets any inconvenience this may have caused.
