  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Engineers are en route to Saffron ETA 22:00 and Bishops Stortford ETA 22:20 Root cause is suspected to be a hardware fault, replacements have been ordered ETA to be advised. Estimated time of repair are is known at present. Remote restoration methods are also being investigated. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
