Major Network Incident

HD395964 – update 6

Hello,

We have a further update on the Shetland Island Incident.

Work continues to have a permanent fix in place as soon as possible, a cable ship is planned to return to the damage site on the 25 October 2022 to bury the new length of cable.

This is very dependent on the weather situation at sea, communication channels remain open between the relevant parties and the Subsea cable operator to ensure all parties are aware of the ongoing situation.

Next update will be upon significant development.

We apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing.

Thanks,

Michael Gauterin
