Dear customer,

MBORC Declaration

Due to the severe weather conditions witnessed in many parts of the UK, in line with our supplier, BT Wholesale has declared MBORC for repair activities on the following12 areas with effect from 15.00 hours on24 December 2012:

Bristol
Bournemouth
Derby/Nottingham
Durham/Teesside
Exeter
Mid Wales/Shrewsbury
North London
Northumberland/Wearside
Southampton
South Yorkshire
Stoke/Chester
West Downs

In addition to the above, the following 6 areas were already subject to MBORC declaration and remain so:-

Central Downs
Newport/Worcester
North Wales
Swansea
Swindon
Truro


Our supplier continues to monitor all areas closely where MBORC remains in place and we will provide further updates as and when the situation changes.

IMPACT

During the MBORC, our service management centre will be very busy, and you may experience delays in getting a response from us. If you are able to avoid the need to contact us during this period, this will enable us to focus on progressing cases where we can. We will ensure you and your teams are updated via the online portals and regular communications channels as soon as we have more information.
