  Progress Details: Engineers have arrived onsite however cannot gain entry. The obass system is down due to the power outage. The nearest override key is in Leamington and engineers are en-route to collect it. It's estimated they will be back approximately 00:30. The root cause is suspected to be a mains outage and the engine has failed to start. An update will be issued when the engineers have gained entry and the root cause has been confirmed.
