  Closure Details: This was running as a child case of the parent P1 incident IMT33918/14. Service restored at 20:13 . Report from switch of isolation and Broadband also down. No power alarms were seen NMC so a Power engineer was tasked to site. He advised that the wiring was burnt out between isolator and PER rack. A temporary repair has been completed, PER now supporting load and follow up repairs to be completed tomorrow 08/08/14. Loss of internet services for {691} Broadband customers.

BT regrets any inconvenience this may have caused.

  Progress Details: It is suspected that a power fault is the cause of failure however this is yet to be confirmed. Power and Switch engineers are now on site carry out further investigations. Estimated time of restoration is unknown at present. Next update will be issued once engineers are on site and root cause has been identified or sooner should there be a significant delay.
