  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Root cause of the failure has been proven to a trnasmission failure. Engineer en route to Medway, ETA 23:45. Spare hardware is to be ordered from the stores however delays encountered in identifying the required spares due to the nature of the failure. Technical Support are continuing with their investigations and vendor support are being engaged. Remote re-routes are not available due to the nature of this failure. Root cause and estimated time of repair are not known at present. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
