  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.

  Progress Details: Whilst monitoring our network we have identified errors on NW 20694 EA card at Exeter. The errors are not impacting customer service at this time and no customer fault reports have been received, however as part of proactively carrying out a resolution we will replace the STM-16 card during the Out of Hours window of 00:01 ? 06:00 on 03/10/16. The customer impact will be for 15 minute?s outage with an additional 15 minutes if we need to carry out roll back actions. We will keep you updated via this incident. : No impact currently
