  Incident Headline: : WEST MIDLANDS MULTIPLE MUXES : LOSS OF SERVICE  
     
  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: The fibre fault between Whitchurch and Wem has been rectified by offloading the SDH system onto a spare fibre however a secondary hardware fault has been identified at Whitchurch which is preventing restoration to the remaining 472 Broadband customers. IMT17762/15 has been raised to investigate this failure further. Replacement hardware has been ordered to Whitchurch, ETAs 04:30 and 07:30. An engineer will be tasked to site to meet spares upon arrival and work with the operational team to restore service. Technical support have been engaged to carry out remote investigations prior to the engineers arrival. All further updates will be issued via IMT17762/15 until service has been restored. Next update will be issued upon a significant development.
