  Progress Details: Loss of internet services for {511} Broadband customers. The replacement cable should be onsite, but due to poor mobile signal in the area this cannot be confirmed at this time. Jointing teams are in place at both ends of the cable damage and the duct has been roped ready to draw-in the replacement cable length. The Precision Test Officer is en route back out to site and will provide a full update on his arrival from the nearest exchange landline. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
