  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Loss of internet services for 3180 Broadband customers. Parent incident for this report is IMT37776/15. Loss of 15 ADSL muxes around the Manchester area, root cause identified as an 20C CDN failure in Manchester Dial House. There are donor cards onsite and an EES engineer is en route. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon a significant development.
