	Incident Impact Statement:		You will have received notification earlier this morning for loss of service on individual DSL muxes across Suffolk and Essex. We are aware of an issue impacting connectivity to these Broadband services caused by a transmission incident and are currently investigating with technical support teams. We believe the root cause to be a potential cable failure which may mean service impact is protracted. Reroutes are being attempted to restore service sooner.
