  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Partial cable failure due to rodent damage. IMT19635/13 refers. Precision testing officer has re-routed one fibre, restoring service to 2844 end users. There are 391 still out of service which route over another fibre. Work is ongoing to also re-route this.
