  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Vendor has rebooted the CES ( Connect Execute Standby ) box at their end and it appears to have resolved the issue. This equipment is responsible for processing orders. Currently the operational team are retrying the orders and have completed 150. It will take another hour to retry all them all. Technical support teams are monitoring the progress of the orders.
