  Progress Details: This fault is proving difficult to localise. The Technical bridge is on going. We have engaged vendor support for both the transmission equipment and the ADSL equipment. An Engineer is now on site at Norwich and the route is now being investigated further. An engineer is en route to Ilford to investigate the route his ETA is 12:30. Next update will be issued upon a significant development.
