  Progress Details: This is running as a child case of the parent P1 incident IMT51889/17. All further internal updates regarding customer impact and recovery actions will be via that incident. EES engineer and PTO are onsite at Ilford investigating. Spares have been ordered and are due onsite at 06:16. Root cause and estimated time of repair are unknown at present. Next update will be issued at 04:30 or sooner with a significant development.
