  Progress Details: The Precision Test Officer (PTO) has been unable to do an in-situ repair due to the multiple cable damages. The PTO has arranged a cable gang, who are now on site. They are currently putting in the new length of cable. Once the cable has been put in, they will begin fibre splicing. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
