A precision test officer (PTO) is now on site at Brentwood to carry out further investigations in order to locate the exact point of damage. Estimated time of restoration is unknown at present. Re-routes of the affected Broadband services have been investigated however are not possible due to the nature of the failure. Next update will be issued once the PTO has identified the point of damage or sooner should there be a significant delay.
