  Progress Details: The edge router switch was restored at 04:07 with a power cycle. Service was monitored for stability and it failed again at 05:16. Spare hardware (processor cards and a fan tray) are en route to site with an ETA of 06:30. Root cause is faulty cooling fan. Estimated time of restoration 07:30. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development
