This communication is to notify you that Planned Engineering Work is required to be carried out on BT Wholesale's Broadband Network

Currently BT have identified an issue within the delivery of our Broadband Services which can cause short duration breaks in service. With vendor participation we now have a resolution which BT intends to implement before the Christmas break. In order to deliver within the rapid timescale there will be Planned Works running from 00:01 until 06:00 each morning from Monday 14th December until Thursday 17th December. This will enable BT to complete the changes with minimal impact to customer service
