This briefing is to inform you that MBORC for repair has been lifted in 4 areas.

MBORC

We are committed to keeping MBORC declarations in place for as short a period as possible. In parallel with our supplier, we are pleased to announce the lifting of MBORC in the following areas from 16:00 on Friday 19 October 2012.

Birmingham & Black Country
Derby & Nottingham

North Manchester

South Manchester


We continue to review the MBORC for repair status in the10 remaining areas.

Central Scotland
Durham & Tees Valley
Leicester
NE Scotland
Northampton
Northumberland and Wearside
North Wales
SE Scotland
Southampton
Stoke & Chester


Our supplier is monitoring the areas closely where MBORC remains in place and we will provide further updates as and when the situation changes.

IMPACT

During the MBORC, our service management centre will be very busy, and you may experience delays in getting a response from us. If you are able to avoid the need to contact us during this period, this will enable us to focus on progressing cases where we can. We will ensure you and your teams are updated via the online portals and regular communications channels as soon as we have more information.
