The issue is not currently causing major service issues for customers and no fault reports have been received, however it is expected that these errors will become worse and begin to affect customer service.

Current Situation: The card will be changed during an Emergency PEW window between 00:01 and 06:00 on the 7.1.16. The actual downtime for customers on this card is 30 minutes with an additional 30 minutes if roll back is required.
