  Progress Details: Loss of internet services for {282} Broadband end users. The root cause is under investigation. The expected restoration time is unknown at present. An engineer is en route to site for investigation his expected time of arrival is unknown atv present. Spares should now be onsite if required. Next update will be at 14:00 or sooner if significant progress made.
