  Progress Details: Service restored at 19:45 following a card reseat but failed again shortly after. It looks like the router is reloading and the operational team are monitoring to ensure the service is stable. Root cause and estimated time of repair are not known at present. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
