  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Engineers on site have carried out excavations on site and located the damage. This was caused by 3rd party supplier installing a water main. An in-situ repair is not possible so cable lengths need to be run in. This will take a while to complete. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
