  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Hardware changes have been performed in Doune and this has not resolved the fault. Engineer is now making his way to Stirling to carry out investigations and hardware changes if need be, ETA is 20 minutes. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued at 04:30 or upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
