  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: The fault has been proved to 21CN Transmission. A Precision Test Officer is on site carrying out further investigations. Spares have been ordered as a precaution, but a fibre fault is suspected. Technical services have been engaged and re-routes have been requested for the 20CN ADSL customers. This is running as a child case of the parent P1 incident IMT9910/17. All further updates regarding customer impact and recovery actions will be via that incident.
