  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Loss of internet services for 200 Broadband customers. Following investigations between the ADSL & ASDH operational teams an EES engineer is en route to site to assist, estimated time of arrival given as 01:20. Root cause and estimated time of repair are not known at present. Next update will be issued by 02:00 or upon a significant development.
