Planned Outage | |||
| Hello, We need to carry out important work on some of our systems to improve them. We are planning on doing this between 20:00 on Saturday 9th February 2019 until 06:00hrs on Sunday 10th February 2019 (We might need up to 6 hours in case we overrun) Email notifications for 20C and 21C Broadband Network Incidents, Major Service Outages and Planned Engineering Works will be unavailable for the duration of the outage. Service attachment files (.csv's) detailing end users impacted will also be unavailable. If a Network Incident or Major Service Outage were to occur in the outage window you will be notified following the completion of the planned outage. We hope this doesn't cause you too much trouble.
