  Incident Details: On 12 FEB 10 03:00, BT experienced some difficulties with an Edge Router Switch at Milton Keynes.
The fault was identified at [03:00] and was upgraded within BT to a SI.
The difficulty was as a result of equipment failure

 
  Progress Details: BT is making progress towards full restoration of Service.

An Engineer is on site carrying out further diagnostics.
