	Incident Details:	On 12/02/2010], BT experienced some difficulties with an ERX11 at Milton Keynes. The fault was identified at 05:53 and and was upgraded within BT to a SI. The difficulty was as a result of Over running Planned work
	Progress Details:	BT is making progress towards full restoration of Service. Latest Update: An Engineer is now on site. Operational teams are carrying out remote diagnostics. Further updates will be provided as soon as possible.
