  Incident Details: On 25th August 2011 at 10:53 BT experienced some difficulties with hardware in Sheffield.

The fault was identified at 10:55 and was upgraded within BT to a Serious Incident.
The difficulty was as a result of faulty card impacting routing across multiple devices in Sheffield.

 
  Closure Details: Service has been restored as of 12:21 by completing a remote reset of hardware. BT regrets any inconvenience this may have caused.
