  Incident Details: On 4th Dec 2011, BT experienced some difficulties with a Fan tray in a remote access server at Ilford.
The fault was identified at 17:09.
 
  Progress Details: The issue has cleared however this may be temporary as on one of the fans has failed and others may follow - so we are looking to replace the fan assembly in the server.
