Workflow Briefing

MBORC DELARATION
Briefing

Dear Customer,

Issued on behalf of BT Wholesale Broadband Customer Service.

BTW would like to advise all service providers that there may be a delay in us responding to your chats/calls due to increased volumes of faults seen. This is due to severe weather warnings that have been issued in parts of the UK.

We would ask that all service providers check their systems for the latest update prior to calling or chating into us and would like to reassure service providers that we are working through the faults as a matter of urgency.

If you no longer wish to receive these communications, please send an email to broadband.eco.admin@bt.com advising you wish to be removed from the distribution list.

Regards

System Support Administrator
