  Progress Details: Engineer is en route to site with imminent arrival. Spares have been ordred in case required, ETA 02:13. Reroute options for the failed transmission path investigated but not possible. Estimated time of repair not known at present. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner with a significant development.
