  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Fibre engineer has been to site and proved there is no fibre fault. Transmission technical support were engaged and they have identified an issue with the circuit connection in Cardiff. There is possible data corruption as the connection cannot be manipulated by technical services or the Vendor. The Vendor engineer has been tasked to site to investigate, ETA to follow. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
