  Incident Headline: ADSL :[CROOKLANDS]: MUX 301 : LOSS OF SERVICE  
     
  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Investigations are still on-going, technical bridge is in progress with Transmission, Third line support, Vendor support, MIM and engineers at Carlisle and Hallbankgate. Fibres have been checked and proved ok, loop back tests have been completed. Card swap at Hallbankgate and a card reseat at Carlisle. The issue was caused after the circuits swapped to their resilient path and didnt come back into service. A further task is been tasked to Halifax as there is a out of comms issue no ETA at the moment. Spares ordered to Hallbankgate, ETA 07:05. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development..
