  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: An engineer is en route to site to further investigate the cause of failure. ETA 15:11. The cause of the incident is unconfirmed at present and estimated time of repair unknown. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner with a significant development. This is running as a child case of the parent P1 incident IMT230/16. All further internal updates regarding customer impact and recovery actions will be via that incident.
