  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: A transmission fault has been identified and an Engineer is en route to Warrington, ETA 08:00. Spares have been ordered to site, ETA to follow. Investigations are under way to check for donor spares. Remote reroutes are in process of being investigated. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
