Incident Details: | At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service. | ||||||
Progress Details: | Loss of internet services for 175 Broadband customers. This is the child of parent transmission incident IMT107391/16. All further updates will be via that incident. There is no EES resource available for the tasks raised for Portree and Skraig, the local EES patch and area managers are aware. The EES Night Control will continue with their efforts to provide resource overnight. Root cause and estimated time of repair are unknown at present. Next update will be issued upon a significant development. | ||||||
