  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.

  Progress Details: Customer impact: An issue has been identified to a transmission card at Daviot Wood Radio Station. The issue is not currently causing major service issues for customers and no fault reports have been received, however it is expected that the card could fail and affect customer service.

Current Situation: The card will be changed during an emergency pew window between 02:00 and 06:00 on the 17/01/2017. The expected downtime for customers is 30 minutes with an additional 30 minutes if roll back is required.
