Due to the impacts of Storm Arwen at the weekend we're facing higher than normal wait times when contacting Openreach. Openreach have been working tirelessly all weekend to restore services to as many people as possible in very difficult conditions but due to the scale of the storm we ask for your patience at this time. We're expecting a further update from Openreach later on today which we will share in due course.
